Client report

In most cases clients are not aware of/appreciate the benefits of services and website best practices. Client reports are a phenomenal tool to give clients a baseline and awareness of what you do to keep their sites secure and ensure business continuity.

Click on the "New report" button to create a report. You can customize it setting a title, and introduction and closing message, the custom work you have done and your logo:

You can use html content (allowed tags are b, p and i) and predefined values: [CONTACT_NAME]: It will be replaced with the value of the "Contact name" field in the "Website info" tab. [ALIAS]: It will be replaced with the value of the "Alias" field in the "Website info" tab.

Set a date range and its format to include that data in the report. By default, the report is generated using the last month's information:

Choose what you want to include in the report: Updates, Backups, Security, Website Monitor and Analytics. The last two are disabled unless Website Monitor and Visitor Analytics are enabled for this site, respectively.

Once done, you can save all that info as a template to be used in other clients. Clicking on the "Generate report", a new report will be created and shown in the left column:

Just click on the title to download the report.
