Upload & install
This feature allows us to upload and install an extension/plugin on selected websites. We will get a dialogue to select the package:
JOOMLA
Select the checkbox of one or more websites in the websites table, then choose Upload & Install from the Bulk tasks menu. Select a package file to upload and install it on every selected site — this requires Securitycheck Pro to already be installed on each of them.
For security, a remote site only accepts installation files from the first Control Center it has contacted. Make sure it has already connected back at least once — for example after adding it or running Refresh Info — before using this feature on that site.
WORDPRESS
Select the checkbox of one or more websites in the Dashboard, click Bulk tasks and choose Upload&Install. Select the plugin or theme zip file and click Upload&Install to install it on every selected site — this requires Securitycheck Pro to already be installed on each of them.
Whether existing files are overwritten and whether the plugin/theme is activated after installing it depends on the Overwrite files and Activate plugin/theme options of the Global Configuration → Tuning tab:
